About Christy
As a teenager Christy volunteered as a candy striper at Mary Health of the Sick, a convalescent home near her hometown of Thousand Oaks, CA. She then knew her passion and purpose in life was to work with those in need. Throughout many years she provided thousands of volunteer hours with numerous charities. In addition she obtained her Master’s Degree in counseling psychology. Her work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, both in Private Practice and Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla Ca., allowed her to assist clients overcome challenges and enrich their daily lives.
Christy says days working with clients have been some of the best days of her life and she feels blessed to be able to help charities meets their goals.
About Lydia
Late in life, Christy was blessed with her daughter, Lydia Grace. Like her mother, Lydia has a heart of gold and loves working with those in need such as fostering homeless animals and assisting children who are developmentally disabled.
Being an Artist, her favorite part of the business is designing many of the CHRISTAL COUTURE purses. Christy feels humbled to have a daughter who is as passionate as she is.

For Christy, there is no better feeling than giving back to others. Seeing the need for charities to raise funds, she started Gifts That Give Back (FORMERLY Over the Top Gifts).
Having so much respect and admiration for people who choose to work in philanthropy, there is not a finer group of people she would rather work with.
For over 21 years, raising millions of dollars for charities, Christy feels lucky to be able to do what she loves and to see the positive impact her efforts have on others.
